There are three sleeve lengths: Long Sleeve, Short Sleeve, and Sleeveless. With each length, you can choose to hem the sleeves or finish them with a cuff.
There are two leg lengths: Shorts and Pants. With each length, you can choose to hem the legs or finish them with a cuff.
If the child wears a diaper (cloth or disposable), I recommend adding a gusset for extra room in that area.
Additionally, you can make your Muse shirt length, rather than playsuit.
Techniques Involved: Sewing knit fabric, topstitching, applying fusible interfacing, adding knit bands, adding a sleeve, hemming knit fabric (optional), adding metal or plastic snaps.
All files are PDF files that can be printed at home on Letter or A4 sized paper. Each pattern includes one file for the pattern and print-at-home pieces, and another file containing the copy shop A0 (33.1″ wide) pattern pieces. We’ve placed the pattern pieces on individual layers so you can print only the size(s) you need, saving you on paper and ink.
This pattern is designed for light to medium weight knit fabrics and requires at least 30% crosswise stretch. Pique, Tricot, Jersey, Interlock, and Rayon Spandex are just a few great options. You’ll also need medium to heavy weight fusible interfacing or fleece to use as interfacing and up to 10 snap sets.

A pattern for every season. Easy to assemble and it fits perfectly.
Very cute pattern with lots of options. I didn’t think I would like the snaps but I do because they can easily be unsnapped and the baby can be changed without having to take it off completely. Lots of options so I can make something for all 3 kiddos no matter the season.

This is a great pattern with lots of options, it is easy to tape together and the instructions are clear making it a breeze to sew. I’ve already made both the shirt and Playsuit options.
I love this pattern! The size range is awesome, and both the playsuit and shirt options are great for big and little kids alike.

Once again a fabulous pattern!! There are so many options and I love the gusset option for my cloth diapered baby! I will be making many more play suits for my little girl.
Honestly, I’m not usually one for onesie/playsuit/romper type patterns…. But this one is awesome, and I love sewing it up! It goes together quickly & easily, but looks soooo cute! Still have to try the sweater option, but I def will be! I’ve done short sleeve & shorts, and the full length versions. The gusset is a great option too, to account for a fluffy diaper, and I’m sure it would be even easier if you actually cut it with the stretch going the right way! 😂

This playsuit will most definitely “suit” all your needs 🙂

such a quick and easy sew! I love all the options, I like that the snaps are not in the crotch I always would miss one with squirming kids not with this pattern. and I love the asymmetrical front it’s a fun design element.

I’m in love with this pattern! The first time I made it was for a gift, but the instructions are so amazing and seamless it came together beautifully. Since then I’ve made more than I can count, and the footie and skirt expansions have just knocked it out of the park 😍😍
