The Folklore Crop and Dress is what dreams are made of. With options to create the most magical floaty, flirty dress OR an adorable bubble romper OR even just a chill, casual crop top, Folklore is giving you what you want and need.

The options for Spellbound include:

-Plain Bodice or Bodice with Flounce

-Sleeves: Plain Short, Half, and Long, Long or short Flutter Sleeve, Bishop Sleeve

-Crop Top with Band or Lettuce Hem

-Top with a Peplum

-Knee or Maxi Length Half Circle Skirts

-Bubble Romper with SnapCrotch

Difficulty: Beginner to Confident Beginner

Techniques Involved:  Hemming, adding a knit waistband, gathering, adjusting for inseam length, creating a pocket, topstitching, creating an elastic casing

All files are PDF files that can be printed at home on Letter or A4 sized paper. Each pattern includes one file for the pattern and print-at-home pieces, and another file containing the copy shop A0 (33.1″ wide) pattern pieces. We’ve placed the pattern pieces on individual layers so you can print only the size(s) you need, saving you on paper and ink. This pattern also comes with a projector file for use with a projector in your home.

You will need a knit fabric with 4-way 50% stretch for this pattern, but be wary of Rayon Spandex, Bamboo Spandex or other fabrics that have a tendancy to grow when they hang or stretch.

Your bodice may grow baggy and your neckline may not lay flat when using fabrics with poor recovery.

Ideal fabrics: ribbed knit, cotton lycra, DBP, athletic knits, and similar fabrics.

Notions: You will need 1/4” elastic for the Bishop Sleeves
