I’ve always had problems with finding underwear that fit well. They would always feel good when I first put them on then an hour later I’d be readjusting, trying to discreetly put my hands down my pants to pull up my undies. The first time I tried on the bunzies, they felt great and I went all day without having to sneakily adjust my britches in public places. I must say that I am beyond grateful for the Bunzies Undies that will save me from future awkward moments being caught with my hands in my pants.

I have now made 7 pair of Bunzies. I can conclusively say that I love them! I kind of assumed I’d love the full coverage version only but I have to say I’m pretty surprised that the Booty cut is fighting for my favoritism. SUAT never fails me. Now I have Scrundlewear and Bunzies filling up my drawer…

I hate underwear! It never fits me right and it’s not uncommon for it to dig welts into my skin or sag, it almost always rides up my ass and it’s 100% uncomfortable! So I decided to make my own and went for this pattern…
They look HUGE on the hanger, but my goodness! I am completely in love!!! I will NEVER buy store bought again! These are so comfortable, so easy and they actually cheaper to make than store bought ones are to buy if you use the right fabric. I am beyond smitten! If you’re at all unhappy with your store bought knickers buy this now! You won’t regret it and you will never go back to store bought! It’s the best pattern I own! Complete love!

I LOVE this pattern! I participated in the sew-along on Facebook last fall and making these was a real confidence-builder for this sewing novice (I’d only sewn three other items previously, and I have just a vintage sewing machine, not a serger). The instructions were very clear. I was worried that the seams were bulky, but everything worked out once I wore them; they didn’t show under my workout pants. The knit bands are so comfortable! I can’t wait to try other Bunzies versions and to make scrundies for my kids. (Fit note: I’m 5’ 1” and I shortened the backs of my next few pairs by an inch because the knit bands made them taller than I needed.)

Love these undies! I can never find the “right”pair at the store. I didn’t make any adjustments and used cheap fabric…still loved them! Also made the boxers briefs. Wow!!! Definitely is a go to pattern for me!

Definitely took some figuring out, but now you’ll have to pry my Bunzies out of my cold, dead hands. Bunzies have made me peer pressure my friends into making their own underwear.
I made probably 4 pairs in 95/5 cotton/spandex before I got the fit how I wanted (even those 4 were very comfy, they’re my go-to sleep/lounge underwear).
I feel like the pattern runs slightly large. My measurements fell under 4x, which I thought was a little odd. I wear a 2x in RTW, but I know patterns have their own sizing, so I made the 4x anyway. They completely fell off of my body.
2x works much better for me, but I still have to insert elastic into the waistband to keep them from falling down after a few hours (though I’m pretty sure this is just an issue with the way my body is built, not the pattern). So if you’re unsure about sizing, go with your gut/make your typical RTW size for your muslin.

Got these to make use of the pieces of knit fabric that are left over after sewing larger garments – too small for most things, but too big to toss.
Just made my first pair (also my first ever handmade undergarment), and I can say the pattern was easy to follow and a quick sew, and from a quick try-on, they seem comfy! Excited to be able to use my fabric scraps this way!
Also may end up making these in batches to include in Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. If I grab knits at $2.99/yd, it’ll be way cheaper than buying packs at the store.

I’ve gone 70 years with wearing uncomfortable underwear. Because of the reviews given here along with a friend using this pattern recycling t-shirts into underwear, I decided to give it a try.
It is a wonderfully comfortable pant, no elastic lines on the bum, no waist rising high on the front or low on the back. A pattern to fit me requires a merging of 3 different sizes, I can do that with this pattern. Thank you to the designer, my wardrobe of undies will now change out to comfortable, fun prints
