Has quickly become one of my favorite patterns. They sew up so easily and are true to size. Goodbye store bought undies, Hello Scrundies!
So glad that you enjoy them so much!
If I could give this pattern a higher rating than 5 I would! I have made enough pairs to last through washday and always reach for my Scrundies over store bought underwear. Great pattern and perfect even for a beginner 🙂
I love the scrundlewear. They are the best fitting underwear EVER and are a breeze to sew up.
I will never need store bought ones again! These are amazing, fit is great and super comfortable!
These are seriously the MOST comfortable undies I’ve ever worn! I will never buy store bought again! No creeping where they don’t belong and a no elastic option for ultimate comfort. And super easy to follow instructions that even someone very new to sewing can follow.
This pattern is AMAZING, you will never want to wear store bought underwear ever again! The options are endless I have even made a swimsuit with the briefs and the Brazi. This pattern is a nice easy sew and the fit is great!
If I could give this pattern 10 stars, I would. It’s amazing. No more wedgies! Super comfy, easy sew. Make an entire drawer full of cute scrundies & ditch the store-bought undies. You won’t regret it.

By far the comfiest pairs of underwear I own. Quick and easy sew with lots of different options so there is something for everyone. Slowly sewing up more and more so I can throw away all my store bought undies!
These are the only underwear I own now! It takes less than an hour to make a pair from hitting “print” to trying them on, and they are so comfortable!
This pattern is AWESOME. Seriously the most comfortable, best fitting underwear I have ever worn. My aunts all tease me that I am just like my grandma… making all the underwear.
This is my favorite SUAT pattern. These are the most comfortable underwear I’ve ever worn. The pattern is easy and fast to cut and sew. I love that I can use scraps of my favorite fabrics to make these too.
These are the most comfortable underwear ever! Being so easy to sew up, you will never buy underwear from a store ever again!
This was my first SUAT pattern, and after these, it’s love! I’m addicted! I love how quick & easy they are, and sooo comfy & cute.

Scrundlewear is the gateway pattern… It was the first PDF pattern I ever purchased. The fit, comfort, and especially the way the pattern is presented (Clear, concise direction and photos) impressed me so much I have now bought several patterns from Stitch Upon a Time. Seriously, buy this pattern. Make all the Scrundies. You will LOVE them!
So quick to sew up! I loathe having to wear store bought now. Thank you for such an amazing pattern.

This pattern was one of my first knit patterns and I know I say this to all SUAT patterns, but I love this pattern. I made my first pair using an old shirt and they are so comfy. So much better than store bought. I really need to find the time to make more so that I can ditch the store bought underwear.
I kept hearing about Scrundies on FB and finally had to figure out what all the buzz was about. Now I know. I will never got back because I’m a SUAT fan for life! <3 them so much!!! I can't even tell you how many I've made for myself, my Mom, and my Grandma!

Best. Undies. Ever.
Buy them. They are all I ever wear anymore.
The most comfortable undies you will ever own! I was skeptical at first but then I tried them on! I am in the process of replacing all my Victoria’s Secret undies with these! I kid you not! You’ll wonder how you ever lived without these!
Hands down my favorite pattern ever. I’ve made SOOOO many of these!
don’t buy this pattern unless you are ready to throw out all your store bought (fancy) undies. seriously. this is THE most comfortable thing ever. once you go scrundies, you never go back.
Quick sew and the most comfy undies i own!

Quick project, large range of sizes, great opportunity to up cycle or use scraps. There is a range of sizes included!!
Most comfortable underwear ever! The pattern was so well written and easy to follow. I can sew these up faster than hauling the kids to the store to buy uncomfortable ones. 😉

Cute, comfortable, lots of sizes and lots of options

My new favorite, boy short style for underwear. Comfy no crawling up.
Diane Cullum (verified owner) –
These are so quick to sew and I love the band instead of elastic as an option. I’ve made several pair but none have been for me yet! It’s on the list!
Absolutely a must have pattern. Perfect for using up scraps and so comfortable!!

We’ve been together for as long as I can remember, but now it’s time to part ways. The glory has long since faded and the fruit has withered from the loom. You just don’t get me anymore; you’re shifty, saggy, & frankly, you crawl up my tail. I have found someone else and I am moving on to better things. This is really for the best. I would tell you to bite me, but you already do. If you need me, I will be chillin with my new love, Scrundlewear Boy-shorts. Scrundies, for short. Before you go get yourself in a bunch as you are so prone to do, tell your buddies the bras that if they’re not careful, they will be next.
Your ex- hostage.

Buy them, make them, wear them, repeat!
Seriously. Three new pair sew up faster than washing three pair!!
And they’re ffaaabbbulous.
One of these days I will have spending money to get this pattern and make them. I’ve so many reviews here and on fb and am desperate to make them. So sick of store bought panties

I’ve tried making undies using other online patterns and tutorials and had just about given up, but decided to give these a go. Money well spent! Love them! I’ve just finished my first pair of boy legs and will be coming back to try the briefs too as I gradually makeover my entire underwear drawer. Thank you!

love these underwear patterns very detailed instructions
Most comfortable underwear ever!
The pattern is ok. The boyshort style ends up looking like granny panties if I don’t adjust the band size. With the suggested band size it sits in a place that folds over every time I sit down. The brief style is better except for whatever reason they always immediately go up my bum. I do prefer patterns I don’t have to make changes to but it works once I have tweaked it.
This is the only underwear pattern you’ll ever need! It has super easy to understand instructions, very well constructed, and they are the most comfortable you’ll ever put on your butt! I love them, my customers love them, you’ll love them too!

I never thought I could make my own panties that would be comfortable but these are AMAZING. I love this pattern and make them all the time!
These literally fit like magic. You may look at them when you’re done and question the size of your butt, but then you’ll slide into them like butter and need to make 50 more pairs!
LOVE scrundies! My favorite is taking two front pieces to make a “cheeky” style. So insanely comfy and easy to make.
Rosa Z. (verified owner) –
Scrundies are fab! You NEED this pattern. Seriously comfortable, no creepage, just an all around great fit. My favorite way to make these is with FOE legs and boxer elastic for the waist. Get them! You won’t regret it!!
Molly (verified owner) –
The boyshorts are my favorite! So comfy! I now hoard all of my scraps so that I can make more scrundies! I can’t recommend them enough 🙂
Diane (verified owner) –
I love this pattern and can’t wait to make more

Love love love these. I can’t seem to stop making them…for my friends…for my family and of course for me!

I chose this pattern wrongly as I really wanted the fullest coverage of the Bunzies. Not to worry though, as I combined the patterns with the bum cover of the Bunzies with the boy leg from this pattern. Some Bunzies, some my combo, I made TEN pair of super comfy easy make knickers, plus another five that didn’t really work in Scrundies as they were only interlock knit and not Lycra. You REALLY do need Lycra. And YES I did the stretch test, still didn’t work. Some of them I cut the crotch off the pattern and cut 2 linings to get more out of the material, as I know this cool trick of doing the crotch where you get 2 enclosed seams. That could be offered as an option, though it does make it a bit harder it’s loads of fun. For the Scrundies method I preferred to fold the crotch flap under and stitch down to tidy it up.
I have saved loads by making my own, as my favourite similar store bought undies go for $28 EACH. For these it’s come out at $15 each for ten and it would have been $9.50 if they had all turned out. And of course less if I’d actually chosen the right pattern to start with. The more you do the cheaper it gets.
Awesome easy to follow instructions. I’m not much of an overlock sewist but this is great.
Overall, great. I could make another 15 if I could afford the material!
Thank you so much for the feedback Rachel! I’m sure your experience will help others out 🙂

I got this pattern, because it is pretty popular and has tons of good reviews. The pattern itself is well drafted, true to size and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Unfortunately the fit doesn’t quite work for me. Both versions will only cover my size 10-12 bum with wide knit leg bands. This is very comfortable, but a bit bulky. I was hoping to be able to finish them with lingerie elastic or stretch lace, but then they ride up and don’t stay put. It’s a bummer, because it seems to work fine for most people.
Now I’ve also bought the Bunzies, because of the full coverage option. I haven’t try it yet, but I’m hopeful this will solve the problem.

I bought this pattern a long time ago and finally got around to making some. WHY did I wait so long???!!! These are FABULOUS!! I’ve made 2 so far; one in a very light 4-way stretchy knit and the other with a somewhat less stretchy double knit. Both are briefs with banded legs. One has a fold-over elastic waistband and the other has a band waist. The band waist version comes up to my actual waist and is SO comfortable that it feels almost as though I’m wearing nothing. The fold over elastic waistband version is more like a hip hugger style (which is my favorite) and is also a perfect fit. I love them both and will be making more asap. These are SO DANG comfortable that as soon as I have enough made I’ll be throwing out all my over-priced, poorly made “store-boughts”. This pattern is genius and needs no alterations for my size 14 bod.
For the first time in years I have totally comfortable underwear.
Thank you SUAT!!

Best undies ever, sooo comfy.

I had no intention of making my own underwear. I had been wearing the same brand for years or so and thought I was still happy with them. Boy shorts were a style that had never interested me. Then a friend made some Scrundlewear and I thought the pattern might be fun to try…another use for my relatively new serger.
Imagine my surprise to find that:
1. Scrundlewear are actually fun to make!
2. They are WAY more comfortable than my “usual” brand of RTW!
3. They are quick to sew!
4. Because underwear are small using the PDF pattern was easy to print and tape.
I really like these well drafted, excellent fitting, underwear! The instructions are very well done. Thanks for having the pattern…next up may be Frisky Knickers!
I’ve never sewn clothes before buying this pattern, so I wasn’t expecting much. The first pair was so comfy and flattering that I made and identical one the next day. And slowly building a full drawer with the multiple versions. Beware, there’s no going back…
