All files are PDF files that can be printed at home on Letter or A4 sized paper. Each pattern includes one file for the pattern and print-at-home pieces, and another file containing the layered copy shop A0 (33.1″ wide) pattern pieces. We’ve placed the pattern pieces on individual layers so you can print only the size(s) you need, saving you on paper and ink. This pattern also comes with a projector file for use with a projector in your home.
Notions: You will need 5/8” or 1” Fold Over Elastic for this pattern. You will need about 2 yards, but please reference the cut chart for exact measurements. You will need bra strap loops and adjusters if making the adjustable strap option.
Fabric: Please choose a fabric with 4-way 50% stretch and great recovery. Ideal fabrics for this pattern include, but are not limited to athletic knits such as Athletic Brushed Poly, Supplex, Yoga knit, and most heavier swim knits. Cotton lycra will also work, but if you are using the bra for activities where you will be sweating, cotton blends will not dry as quickly and may be less comfortable.

Perfect as a layering cami or just on its own! I wear my Versa camis multiple times a week!

This is perfect for layering and a quick sew! Exactly what I needed for work.

I was pretty intimidated by this pattern at first due to never having used Fold over elastic before, but the instructions are easy to follow and going slow I was able to conquer it. Love that I can make cute print Camis now instead of just the boring solids I can find at the stores. Fit is spot on!

Everyone needs a good basic cami, whether as an undershirt or to sleep in. This one doubles as a great bathing suit top if you use the right fabric too. Great pattern!

I’m a stay at home mom and always looking for cute but comfy outfits to wear around the house. If I use the shelf-bra option then I don’t even mind answering the door without a bra. 🙂

Now that the heat of summer has hit, the versa cami is a daily wardrobe item. I pair a solid cami with a colorful patterned a-line skirt for a casual summer dress look (I love to make a black cami with neon FOE straps, it’s stunning). It’s also the perfect pajama top! I love that the straps give a lot of stretch (no digging on the shoulders) but the front gives excellent coverage on a large bust. I haven’t ventured into the shelf bra but I’m excited to make one that actually fits my chest!
